Mae cyrff goruchwylio mwyngloddio glo yn cwmpasu: y Biwro Goruchwyliaeth Glo, Biwro Glo, Awdurdod Goruchwylio Diogelwch, Adran Tir ac Adnoddau, Masnachol, Trethiant, Archwilio, ac asiantaethau Diogelu'r Amgylchedd.

Yn unol â mandadau cyfreithiol perthnasol, mae adran gweinyddu glo'r Cyngor Gwladol yn goruchwylio ac yn rheoleiddio'r diwydiant glo cenedlaethol yn gyfreithlon. Relevant departments under the State Council are tasked with supervising and managing the coal industry. Coal administration departments of people’s governments at the county level and above are legally responsible for supervising and managing the coal industry within their respective administrative areas.
