Split explosion-proof air conditioning treatment
1. Wall mounted explosion-proof air conditioners and floor mounted explosion-proof air conditioners are mainly used for explosion-proof treatment of outdoor units and indoor units on the basis of ordinary air conditioners, as follows:
(1) Outdoor unit: it is mainly used for internal electrical control part, compressor, outdoor fan, protection system, heat dissipation system and refrigeration system explosion proof treatment shall be carried out in a unified way. Its overall dimensions are the same as those of the external units of ordinary hanging air conditioners, and its installation method is also the same as that of the external units of ordinary hanging air conditioners.
(2) Indoor unit: it mainly adopts special process treatment methods and manufacturing methods to decompose the internal electrical control part, and then re conduct explosion-proof design, manufacturing and processing to form an independent explosion proof control box, with manual control function, its hanging external dimension is the same as that of the ordinary hanging internal machine, and its installation method is also the same. But the explosion-proof indoor unit is increased a hanging explosion-proof control box is provided, and its dimensions are shown in the figure below.
2. A variety of explosion-proof forms are used outside the explosion-proof indoor unit and outdoor unit, and the intrinsically safe explosion-proof circuit is used for the weak current control part.
Product Features
1. Explosion proof air conditioner is made of explosion-proof treatment on the basis of ordinary air conditioner, with reliable explosion-proof performance and no impact on the performance of the original air conditioner.
2. Explosion proof air conditioners can be divided into: split wall mounted type and floor mounted type according to structure, and can be divided into: single cold type and cold and warm type according to function.
3. The connection of explosion-proof air conditioner pipeline is consistent with that of ordinary air conditioner. The electrical connection must be in accordance with the requirements of explosion-proof electrical installation process. The power supply must be introduced into the explosion-proof control box first, and then divided from the explosion-proof control box.
Do not introduce the indoor unit and outdoor unit.
4. The explosion-proof control box is equipped with a power switch.
5. Steel pipe or cable wiring is acceptable.
Applicable Scope
1. It is applicable to the places in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of explosive gas environment;
2. Suitable for IIA, IIB and IIC explosive gas environment;
3. Applicable to T1~T6 temperature groups;
4. It is applicable to dangerous environments such as oil exploitation, oil refining, chemical industry, gas station, offshore oil platforms, oil tankers and metal processing;
5. It is used for temperature regulation in workshops, control rooms, laboratories and other fields.
