Product Features
Our company’s series of explosion-proof analysis cabins adopt a forced ventilation positive pressure explosion-proof method to prevent explosion hazards caused by the release of combustible gases inside and explosive environments outside. The analysis cabin adopts a steel structure, with both inner and outer walls made of steel plates and an insulation layer in the middle. The analysis cabin is suitable for explosive environments in Class II, Zone 1 or Zone 2 locations in industries such as petroleum and chemical engineering.
The system consists of the following six parts:
A. The main body of the analysis room (double layer structure, filled with insulation and fireproof materials in the middle)
B. Indoor hazardous gas concentration monitoring system
C. Audible and visual alarm interlocking system
D. The lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, maintenance sockets, and other public equipment of the analysis cabin are powered by industrial power sources. The analyzer system, installation detection alarm, and interlocking system are powered by UPS power supply.
E. Instrument power supply system
F. Public power supply system
It can measure and monitor various physical quantities such as parameters, pressure, temperature, etc. in the circuit, and can be achieved by installing various explosion-proof meters or secondary instruments inside.
Explosion proof (electromagnetic starting) distribution device (voltage reduction) that can meet high current requirements.
It can achieve automatic or manual switching of circuits for two or multiple power supply lines.
Select the corresponding explosion-proof electrical combination based on the electrical schematic diagram and main technical parameters provided by the user, determine the external dimensions of the distribution cabinet, and meet the on-site needs of the user.
Applicable Scope
1. Zone 1 and Zone 2 suitable for explosive gas environments;
2. Suitable for environments with Class IIA, IIB, and IIC explosive gases;
3. Suitable for flammable dust environments in zones 20, 21, and 22;
