Product Features
1. This series of fans are designed using the oblique flow meridian acceleration mechanical three-dimensional flow theory. The test data are carefully designed to ensure the excellent aerodynamic performance of the fans, with low noise. High efficiency, small vibration and low energy consumption;
2. The fan is composed of air duct, explosion-proof motor, impeller, protective screen and other components. The fan duct is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or high-quality low carbon steel, and the impeller is made of high-quality carbon steel or high-strength. It is made of aluminum alloy and uses special anti-corrosion motor to transport corrosive gas;
3. Steel pipe or cable wiring, and grounding screws are set inside and outside the motor housing.
Applicable Scope
1. It is applicable to the places in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of explosive gas environment;
2. It is applicable to the places in Zone 21 and 22 of combustible dust environment;
3. Suitable for IIA, IIB and IIC explosive gas environment;
4. Applicable to T1-T4 temperature group;
5. It is widely used in oil refining, chemical, textile, gas station and other dangerous environments, offshore oil platforms, oil tankers and other places;
6. Indoor and outdoor.
