1. 基於產品結構圖 (總裝圖), 把產品分割為裝配單位 (組件, 子組件, 同零件) 並開發相應嘅組裝方法.

2. 分解每個組件同零件嘅裝配過程.

3. 建立明確嘅裝配流程指南, 定義檢驗標準, and determine appropriate inspection methods.

4. Choose the appropriate tools and lifting devices needed for the assembly process.

5. Decide on the methods for transferring parts and required tools.

6. Calculate the standard assembly time, excluding the time taken for the transportation of parts.
