在防爆產品領域, CT6同CT4都表示表面溫度, 但T6組產品嘅表面溫度低於T4組產品. 因此,T6系列產品由于其較低嘅表面溫度而更適合防爆應用.
Surface Temperature Classes of Electrical Equipment:
電氣設備嘅溫度組 | 電氣設備嘅最高允許表面溫度 (°C) | 氣體/蒸氣點火溫度 (°C) | 適用嘅設備溫度水平 |
---|---|---|---|
T1航站樓 | 450 | >450 | T1~T6 |
T2航站樓 | 300 | >300 | T2~T6 |
T3航站樓 | 200 | >200 | T3~T6 |
T4 | 135 | >135 | T4~T6 |
T5系列 | 100 | >100 | T5~T6 |
T6型 | 85 | >85 | T6型 |
例如, if the ignition temperature of explosive gases in the environment where a factory’s explosion-proof lighting is used is 100 度, then at its worst operating condition, the surface temperature of any part of the lighting should remain below 100 度.
Take the example of buying a television; naturally, you would prefer its surface 溫度 to remain low when it’s on. The same principle applies to explosion-proof products: lower operating surface temperatures equate to safer usage. T4 surface temperatures can reach up to 135 度, while T6 surface temperatures can go up to 85 度. The lower surface temperatures of T6 products make them less likely to ignite 爆炸物 gases and demand higher technical specifications for explosion-proof equipment. 因此, it’s evident that the explosion-proof rating of CT6 is higher and safer than that of CT4.
